As Director, Mitigation and Nonprofit Funds, Candace oversees 80 mitigation funds and more than 300 agency funds. She provides oversight, strategic direction and growth opportunities in both areas. She develops complex financial models and provides detailed proposals and recommendations for funding models that will produce revenue in perpetuity.
