Adelle Phillips brings strategic leadership and a passion for community engagement to the San Diego Parks Foundation, where she serves as Director of Operations & Marketing. In this role, Adelle oversees the Foundation’s internal operations and external communications, ensuring efficient organizational processes while elevating the Foundation’s brand, outreach, and community impact. She leads initiatives in operational planning, marketing strategy, and cross-department collaboration to support the Foundation’s mission of creating vibrant, accessible, and equitable park spaces throughout San Diego.

With a commitment to strengthening nonprofit capacity and fostering meaningful connections, Adelle champions efforts that enhance public awareness, deepen engagement with stakeholders, and support program growth.
