Dana Boyd

Major Gifts Officer

Dana Boyd brings strategic fundraising expertise and a deep commitment to community impact to the San Diego Parks Foundation. As Major Gifts Officer, she leads the cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation of major philanthropic support to help sustain and advance the Foundation’s mission of creating vibrant, accessible, and equitable park spaces throughout San Diego. Dana works closely with individual donors, community partners, and organizational leadership to build meaningful relationships that fuel long-term support for parks and public green spaces.

In her role, Dana plays a central part in developing major gift strategies, coordinating donor engagement, and aligning philanthropic investment with the Foundation’s strategic priorities. Her work strengthens the Foundation’s capacity to secure transformational contributions that enhance programs, strengthen communities, and support lasting environmental and recreational opportunities for residents across San Diego.
