Programs and Operations Associate

Lezly Huerta brings dedication, organizational skill, and a passion for community enrichment to the San Diego Parks Foundation as Programs and Operations Associate. In this role, she supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Foundation programs that expand access to parks, enhance community engagement, and strengthen the quality of life for San Diego residents. Lezly works closely with internal teams, partners, and volunteers to help ensure smooth operations and impactful delivery of initiatives that activate public spaces across the region.

With a commitment to service and community impact, Lezly plays a key role in operational support, program logistics, and collaboration across departments to help the Foundation’s mission thrive. She brings thoughtful attention to detail and a people-centered approach to her work, helping to create meaningful experiences for park users and partner organizations alike.
