Corporate Development Associate

Carri Bender brings a diverse professional background and a passion for community impact to the San Diego Parks Foundation. As Corporate Development Associate, she supports the organization’s fundraising efforts, partnership development, and corporate outreach to advance the Foundation’s mission of enhancing public parks and green spaces throughout San Diego. Carri plays a key role in fostering relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to expand program reach and deepen the Foundation’s community impact.

A committed advocate for parks, community engagement, and equitable access to outdoor spaces, Carri is dedicated to helping ensure that residents across San Diego can enjoy vibrant, healthy, and accessible parks. Outside of her work with the San Diego Parks Foundation, she brings experience in leadership, organizational development, and strategic collaboration. Carri holds a deep appreciation for nature and the role that parks play in strengthening community wellbeing.
