Chasen Eddow is the Director of Community Relations at Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, CA, where he leads community engagement strategy connecting sports, entertainment, and philanthropy across San Diego County; forging partnerships that advance youth empowerment, workforce development, and community well-being. With a career rooted in program design, staff leadership, and community impact, he previously served as Director of Sports & Programs at Special Olympics Southern California, overseeing operations across five counties for 12,000+ athletes and volunteers while managing the budget, and as Camp & Teens Program Director at the Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA, where he directed the program portfolio and led a team of 230 staff. A committed civic leader, he serves on the boards of Mottino YMCA and Visit Oceanside, reflecting a sustained dedication to strengthening communities throughout San Diego County. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology (Sports Management) from Whittier College.
