Perla Cuevas is the Founder & CEO of FirmlQ, a San Diego-based operational intelligence firm delivering fractional executive leadership to law firms and professional service organizations across California. A trusted governance strategist and compliance advisor, she specializes in governance architecture, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, internal controls, and organizational restructuring; designing frameworks that strengthen accountability, mitigate risk, and align operations with strategic objectives. Beyond the private sector, Perla is an active civic leader in San Diego County, partnering with nonprofits, educational institutions, and workforce development initiatives to mentor emerging leaders and expand opportunity for underserved communities.
