Assistant Director of Programs and Operations

Hayley Krolik brings a strong commitment to community impact and operational excellence to the San Diego Parks Foundation. As Assistant Director of Programs and Operations, she plays an integral role in supporting the Foundation’s program development, implementation, and operational coordination to advance vibrant and accessible park experiences for all San Diegans. In this role, Hayley works closely with staff, partners, and community stakeholders to ensure impactful delivery of programs that enrich public spaces across the city.

With a passion for parks, community engagement, and organizational effectiveness, Hayley is dedicated to helping strengthen the Foundation’s mission to improve public parks and recreational opportunities for diverse communities. She supports the operations that help bring strategic initiatives to life and fosters collaboration that enhances quality of life through equitable access to outdoor spaces. Outside of her work at the San Diego Parks Foundation, Hayley draws on professional experience and a people-centered approach to support meaningful community outcomes.
